Zelma in Dimensional Doll Painting

Zelma is 27" tall on an armatured cloth body with porcelain head, shoulderplate, lower arms and legs. The porcelain parts are poured in Seeley's Lady White porcelain, and then the skin tones are applied in multiple firings to achieve the depth of shading required for a natural look. She has painted brown eyes, and wears a synthetic mohair wig styled with braids up and over the crown of the head.

She has been painted using the dollmaking technique known as Dimensional Doll Painting (DDP)

Her costume is of fine quality cottons, silks and antique laces, and consists of a dress, slip, pantaloons, hat, shoes and socks. The hat can be worn with or without the "veil". She comes complete with a quality metal stand and Certificate of Authenticity and full resume of Evelyn Stanbury, GMDM, International Award Winning Artist.

Due to the nature of the painting of this type of doll, this "Zelma" is a one of a kind doll.

She is fully poseable.
